Dance the dance of a fool

Become what you become

without a thought

of what you could have been

Be the fool, dancing

your body the present

unfolding before your eyes

a moving picture of a paradise

your body the paint

as you explore your many colours

on canvas

Breathe, and your image changes

each moment a new shape

emerges from the stone

as you mold yourself

around the emptiness

the fool’s paradise

Lift and Bend and Twirl and

Lunge and Reach beyond your

Let the shadows play

upon your skin

Shatter the glass,

Escape the mirrors

Feel what it’s like to be right here

Be a dancing fool

Live on the edge of your

own two feet

Trust that they will lead…

and you will follow.
